Co-operative Trust Company of Canada pays more than lip service to the importance
of frontline workers. The company, which had revenue of
$114.2-million in 2002 and manages assets worth $10-billion, puts a
lot of resources into researching and understanding management best
practices.
It is an approach that has paid off, resulting in such best practices as
an employee-led survey and the decision to include all employees in
the company's strategic planning.
